Bright and Lovely Double Room in Brixton

I’m leaving to move to Australia and we're looking for a flatmate to replace me from the 16th of October (but the date is flexible!)

So, if you're a clean, considerate and chill flatmate who wants to live in the heart of Brixton (Literally, we live next to everything) then keep reading!

The flat:
RENT: 975
BILLS: 175 - 190 (a little higher in winter)

It’s a 2 -bed flat perfectly located near to Brixton Village and just a 7-minute walk to the station. We really get the best of both worlds, its close enough to everything but we can still enjoy the quietness on our street. The flat is beautiful. It has 2 bedrooms, open kitchen/living room, mini balcony and a communal garden, perfect for summer.

Room:

The room has 2 big windows, providing plenty of natural light and is furnished. It's spacious and can accommodate a desk, bed, wardrobe, and any other items you may want to bring. The living room features 2 sofas, a dining table, and a desk, making it suitable for both relaxation and work.

It's all about positive vibes and good times here. It’s more of a chilled vibe here, not really a wild party house - but we do have friends & fam over sometimes. we're hoping to find a nice, clean and chilled flatmate ( bonus if you're creative). We kinda do our own thing but it’s nice to have an occasional coffee/ tea. It's all about creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Flatmate:

You'll be sharing the space with Talitha. She’s a singer-songwriter and also works in communications. She writes/produces from home, so living with someone cool with this would be amazing (don't worry, she’s very considerate ) and goes to the office 2x a week. When not making music, she likes to go out to music events, find food spots, travel and often enjoy a cosy night in and occasional hosting dinner for friends.

She’s lived in the flat for the last 2 years and looking for someone to also share it with and call home. We're looking for the right person to share this space with, so if you think you fit the bill, don't hesitate to reach out!
