1 Double room in sociable Brixton house

We have a double room in our four bedroom share house available from the 1st December. The house is in central Brixton, less than 5 minute walk to Brixton station and only a minutes walk from shops, cafes and bars!

The house is a quirky converted Victorian school, with a big cozy lounge, a big kitchen with lots of storage, a laundry room, two good sized bathrooms (you would share with one other person) and a small toilet on the ground floor. We have a back garden, a small front garden and off road parking available. The rooms available are spacious and come furnished with a bed, wardrobe and cupboards. Bills come to approximately £100 a month, and we also have a weekly cleaner.

We are looking for a young professional male of a similar age, who is clean and tidy, sociable, easy going and keen to be a part of our house!

We’re a fun bunch who like to socialise together, whether that’s cooking a roast, watching a film or going to the pub. Currently in the house is:

- Georgia: 32 year old female, from Perth Australia, lived in the UK 7 years and works as a Radiographer.
- Charlotte: 31 year old female from Peterborough, works in Marketing and has lived in London 7 years.
- Lewis: 30 year old male from Rotherham, works as freelance project manager whilst studying history at Birkbeck.
