🌿 Big Bright Room in Brixton Townhouse – Flexible term, starting December

I’m heading off to France for six months and I’m looking for someone to sublet my room in our brilliant Brixton house.

The room:
Huge double with a king-size bed, loads of storage, and a proper work-from-home setup: big desk, Boulies chair, and 2x 27” monitors with docking station. Perfect if you WFH or just like having space to spread out.

The house:
Lovely five-bedroom townhouse with tons of natural light, a garden and a balcony (both west-facing), and a big, modern kitchen with everything you need. The main bathroom is shared with three others. There’s also a downstairs toilet.

The location:
Right between Brixton and Clapham: 5 mins to Brixton tube station; 10 to Stockwell or Clapham High St. Loads of great pubs, cafes, and food spots nearby.

The flatmates:
We’re a fun house of young professionals from around the world: your flatmates will be 3 Kiwis, a Canadian, and an Englishman. 3 girls; 2 blokes.

Everyone’s a good mix of social and chill. Expect pub trips, the odd house night in (and occasional party), and general good fun. Of course, we all like our downtime too and keep the place clean and tidy (with the help of a cleaner). Hobbies around the house include running, gym, music, cooking, baking, and travel.

Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for someone similar: sociable, tidy, independent, and easy to live with.

* Rent: £1,225, monthly in arrears.
* Bills: c. £100 per month (including council tax and cleaner).
* Deposit: £1,300.
* Sublet term: starting December 2025, for c. 6-8 months (I can be flexible here).
