Double Room in Brixton House

Looking for someone to fill my room in this beautiful Brixton home! You’d be on a quiet street super close to the station, and living with amazing housemates in a space that is Queer + POC friendly.

I will be away from Nov 20 (some flexibility) so this will be a 1-month sublet at first, but I am then moving out fully so there is then the option to sign on for 6 months to a year. Our preference is for someone looking to move in long-term but let us know.

The room is small and comes fully furnished with bed and wardrobes, and gets lovely afternoon light. We have heating for the winter months and ventilation is good :) the house itself is great — you’ve got a backyard, huge kitchen/dining space, living room and 2 full bathrooms.

Rent is 860 and bill are an additional 90 (approx). Deposit is 1125 but Spareroom won’t let me put that sadly.

Some more about the housemates:
Karuna (she/her); Jord (she/they); and Bran (they/them) who work across policy, comms, and theatre. It’s a mix of WFH and in the office, but the house is big enough that it never feels cramped. We do our own thing but often come together for parties, bbqs, writing sessions and more. Very lucky to have had them as housemates!!
