I'm going travelling 11th Dec - 14th Feb and looking to sublet my room. I can be flexible on dates. The rent is 835 and bills are 120 but I will take best offer as it's only short term, or if you're looking for a monday-friday let.

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line) with shops, restaurants, Brixton village etc just a stone's throw away. You can get to anywhere in zone 1 in 30 minutes or less.

The room comes with a massive wardrobe, ample shelf-space, a chest of drawers and desk (if you want it). It's a South-facing window with good light.

The kitchen has loads of counter space and comes fully equipped. You will get your own food cupboard and fridge shelf.

There's an off-street carpark, and a private terrace off the kitchen.
