After almost 3 years, sadly I am moving out of our cosy 3 bed, first floor flat in Brixton to move in with my partner and am looking for someone to replace me on the lease that runs until 27 July 2026! Recent photos of the double room available attached.
Flat has one shared large bathroom and shared open plan living space. Also has balcony/terrace which is great during the summer. Excellent location being a 10min walk to Brixton station, 14 min walk to Stockwell Station and bus stop right in front of the property (with routes that go into the city, past Waterloo or London Bridge).
Rent is £880pcm. Bills are ~£100 pcm in addition to rent. Council tax is band D, which is currently £650 each for the year (we pay in 10 monthly instalments).
You will be joining Ella and Parnita, both female professionals in their mid-late twenties. Ella is a nurse, and Parnita is a marketing manager. They are both super social and ridiculously friendly. Ideally looking for someone just as kind and friendly, who is happy to fit into the cosy, homely vibe!
Parnita works from home (in her room) ~4 days a week but also often travels/has conferences where she'll be away all week. Your room doesn't currently have a desk however there is plenty of space to pop one in or you're welcome to work from the living room if required!
As I'm heading back home to Aus for Christmas in early December, would love to organise this asap so please get in contact if you are interested! We can do viewings from Mon (10 Nov) in person or online.
