Hi everyone! Myself, Alex and Cain are a mix of aussies and a kiwi looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our flat!

We’ve been here in this flat for over 6 months and it’s an epic location, super spacious and all modern. We’re very easy going and a social bunch who are always keen for a beer, go to the gym, or check out all the great eats around Brixton village.

We’re looking for a 4th person to join in on one of the rooms, with all the details below:

- 4X bedrooms, 2X bathrooms total
- 4MIN Walk to Brixton station on iconic coldharbour lane
- 3X floor flat. As you enter you go up the stairs to level 2, which is the room available and the only room on that floor.
- £875PCM for rent. Bills and council tax is ~£60-£80 per month
- Easy going flat who enjoy spending time with eachother as much as our alone time

This flat is available latest from 11th December, but this is flexible if you would like to move up to a week earlier.
