Hi everyone! Myself, Alex and Cain are a mix of aussies looking for a 4th housemate to join us in our flat!

We’ve been here in this flat for over 6 months and it’s an epic location, super spacious and all modern. We’re very easy going and a social bunch who are always keen for a beer, go to the gym, or check out all the great eats around Brixton village.

We’re looking for a 4th person to join in on one of the rooms, with all the details below:

- 4X bedrooms, 2X bathrooms total
- 4MIN Walk to Brixton station on iconic coldharbour lane
- 3X floor flat. As you enter you go up the stairs to level 2, which is the room available and the only room on that floor.
- £875PCM for rent. Bills and council tax is ~£60-£80 per month
- Easy going flat who enjoy spending time with eachother as much as our alone time

This flat is available from 9th December, but we can be flexible if needed.
