Spacious double in social Brixton house

My flatmate is sadly leaving our house after living here for over a year. That means the three existing flatmates are looking for one more person to join them (three because we are in the process of filling another room as well). The room is available mid January, and we can be flexible on move out date to accommodate!

About the house:

The house is on a quiet residential road and is perfectly located for Victoria and Northern lines, as it's 5 mins to Brixton station, and only a 10 minute walk from Stockwell and Clapham North. It’s also very close to local shops on Brixton high street, and there's loads of great local pubs nearby.

We’ve got a really spacious living area, complete with a modern kitchen, living room, and dining room + a basement for storage - so you get a lot of rooms for your money. (We also have the highly coveted dishwasher, washer, dryer, and two fridge freezers.) It’s an ideal place for someone who wants a sociable and homely place to live. There’s also a garden that’s great for bbqs in summer.

The room itself is a bright room and comes with a double bed, set of draws, and a large in-built storage unit where you can also hang clothes. Theres also some LED light strips which the current housemate is happy to leave on!

The boring bits:

Rent is £860 a month and bills are roughly £100/120 a month. Our landlord is a very relaxed local family, and tends to quickly sort any issues we have had quickly. Deposit is £720.
The housemates:

You'll be living with four very lovely people, in a social and friendly environment. Some of the guys have been living here for a couple of years, with the newest joining a few months ago.

We hang out as a house - whether that’s watching tv, playing board games, going to the local pub etc but at the same time, we respect each other's space and are often out and about doing other things so there’s no pressure to join in all the time!
