Cosy Room in Brixton available for 2 months

Hard details:
£703/month + Bills estimated at £125/month (water, energy, wifi, council tax - varies a little bit).

Soft details:
We’re three housemates (Dan, Gaby & Roman) looking for someone to come stay with us for a 2 month period! It's not a long-term stay (Fred has been conscripted into catsitting duties elsewhere), so we'd love to find someone who needs a home for a short period.

We're nice folks, and very open to any kind of human looking to move in as long as they too are nice :)

Whilst acknowledging 2 months is potentially annoyingly short tenancy, we don't have much wiggle room except for a week or so extra in early March. So, ideally if you're interested, it's important that a 2 month stay is what you're looking for!
