Looking for someone to take over my lovely, furnished double room in Clapham North/Brixton.
About the place:
📍7 min walk from Brixton (Viccy line and National Rail), 10 min walk to Stockwell/Clapham North (Viccy and Northern line). Loads of great pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
🏡 The flat is a gorgeous, bright home with a spacious living space, two good sized double bedrooms and a shared bathroom (with a shower/bath). It also comes with a secure large parking area- perfect for car storage or to do up into an outdoor area! My current flatmate is moving out with me so there are 2 double bedrooms available, if needed.
🛍️ Co-op, M&S, Sainsbury’s and Lidl are all nearby. Brixton and Clapham High Street both within walking distance.
💸 The deposit is £1269.25 each. Rent is £1100 pcm with bills coming to £180. Rent will go up by £25 in July xx
📅 Move-in date will be on the 12th of Jan (sublet), with the tenancy takeover starting on the 3rd of Feb.
