Hi all,

I have 2 rooms available as 1 flat mate is heading back home to Australia and another is moving to a single bed flat. I are looking for someone to take over the lease for their rooms (shorter term lets can be considered).

We are a very sociable household, but also work full time and enjoy our own space. I believe we have a good balance of all things needed in a good share house. We are all great mates who get along will embrace whoever moves in, and will help to show you around the area and fit into London if you're new.

We are in an excellent location, only 5 minutes walk to Brixton underground and overground, and a 2 minute walk from the thriving Brixton market, where there are many food and drink options available.
