Looking for someone to replace me in a friendly 3 bed house share located between Stockwell and Brixton, around 10 minutes walk to either station, in a quiet estate.

The room is a double, furnished and with a large mirrored wardrobe, located on the second floor away from the main living area, so it’s nice and private. It shares a bathroom with one other flatmate. The house has a communal living space, kitchen and balcony. All amenities are modern and well maintained, including a washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.

You’ll be living with two young professional flatmates who are sociable, respectful of work schedules, and very clean and tidy. We’re ideally looking for someone similar.

Only moving out as I’m moving in with my partner. I’ve genuinely loved living here, 10/10 would recommend.
