Sublet available for a month for £890 in zone 2

I’m subletting my room in a cosy 3-bed, first floor flat in Brixton/ Oval as I’ll be away for 4 weeks from 9th February to 8th March (with a little flexibility to extend by an extra week if needed). I’ll be travelling to Dubai for work and then heading to India to visit family.

The flat has one large shared bathroom, a lovely open-plan living space, and a balcony/terrace which is such a nice bonus even in winter.

The location is honestly perfect:
• 10 min walk to Brixton Station
• 14 min walk to Stockwell Station
• 20 min walk to Oval Station
• Bus stop right outside with direct routes into the city, including Waterloo and London Bridge

Rent for the 4 weeks is £890 total, which covers the rent only. I’ll be covering the bills (around £165), so you won’t need to worry about any extra costs while I’m away.

You’ll be sharing with Katie and Ella, who are genuinely the sweetest girls ever. Katie works as a PA and Ella is a midwife. It’s a really warm, friendly flat and we’d love to find another lovely girl to stay while I’m away
