Double Room Available in Central Brixton (SW2)

Hi,

We have a double bedroom available for immediate move-in in a comfortable, well-maintained house in Central Brixton (SW2 1EA). The property is ideally located around a 5-minute walk from Brixton Station (Victoria Line) and within very easy reach of Brixton Village, Pop Brixton, supermarkets, cafés and green spaces.

We are primarily looking for one person to take the bedroom, however there is also a possible option for a second person should it be 2 of you needing a place to live - outlined below.

The House

The house is calm, tidy and practical.

Shared living room - fairly large, bright, and very rarely used.

Fully equipped kitchen, including:

Gas hob. Oven, Microwave. Air fryer, All usual kitchen essentials, Washer/dryer, Shared bathroom
Double glazing throughout (quiet and warm)
Clean, organised and well looked after

Bedroom Details

Comfortable double bedroom
Suitable for someone working or studying
Ready for immediate occupation
Ideal for one person seeking a stable, quiet living setup

Optional Living Room Arrangement (Second Person)

While our preference is to rent the bedroom to one person, we are open to discussing a second person staying in the living room should the occupier of the bedroom have someone else with them looking for a place to stay.

Important details:

The living room is spacious and not used as a main communal area
It contains a daybed with storage
Normally set up as a single sleeping arrangement
Can be converted into a double, if preferred

This option is entirely optional and not essential to the let

Availability & Length of Stay

Open to shorter stays (one week, a few weeks, one month, six weeks, etc.), by discussion

Rent

Bedroom: £750 per month + bills or £850 per month including all bills

Second person (living room): Price to be discussed and agreed fairly depending on setup and length of stay
