- Gated entrance

- Roof top garden
- 5 minute walk from Brixton tube and overground (Victoria Line, National Rail)
- Very close to local shops, cafes, bars, markets etc.

The Bedroom:
- Large double, fully furnished
- Double bed, wardrobe, mirror and plenty of storage
- Large windows letting in natural light
- Large clean bathroom (shared with Charlotte)

We are looking For:
- A working professional (aged 23 - 32)
- Clean and tidy
- Sociable and easy to get along with

Rent (bills included):
- £1,250 per month bills included
- We have a cleaner who comes ad-hoc, approx 3 weekly, which we split the cost (typically £16.50 each)
- Deposit: £1,250 (one month’s rent)
- Available from 1st March
