Hi everyone! Sadly I’m moving to a new flat, which means my room is becoming available and I’m looking for someone to take over my lease.
The lease runs until 16th July 2027, but there is flexibility to do a tenancy takeover if your plans change.
The Flat Top-floor, 3-bedroom flat on Coldharbour Lane, just under a 2-minute walk to Brixton Station — super convenient for the Victoria line, Overground, and all the great bars, restaurants, and shops Brixton has to offer.

* Deposit is £1100
* Council tax: approx. £57 per month
* Bills: around £20 per month in summer and £50 in winter
The flat has a spacious lounge and kitchen, perfect for hosting friends or chilled evenings in. There’s one shared bathroom and a small decked outdoor space, which is especially lovely in the summer. The building has a locked front gate, so it feels safe and secure. It also comes furnished with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The Flatmates You’ll be living with two lovely girls (24 and 27). One works from home a couple of days a week, and the other is full-time in the office. The vibe is friendly, respectful, and relaxed.
Bonus points because you’ll also be sharing the flat with Whiskey, our adorable dog 🐶 She’s super friendly, loves a cuddle, and while she can be a little barky at times, her owner is great at managing her. She has her own dog walker but will never say no to an extra walk if you’re keen!
Referencing You’ll need to provide an employment reference and landlord references. A guarantor may also be required. Please only apply if you’re able to pass these checks, as the landlord will decline otherwise.
Move-in date ASAP ideally, but flexible. Latest move-in would be the last week of March.
