Three month sublet in Brixton (SW9)

I am subletting my furnished double room for 3 months while I’m away (March - June '26). You’ll be sharing a quiet and beautiful home on Claribel Road with one friendly professional female.

The space includes:

Large furnished double room.

Your own private bathroom (sole use, located upstairs)

Shared access to a cozy living room, fully equipped kitchen, and a peaceful backyard.

The Location (good commuting distances):

8-min walk to Loughborough Junction (Thameslink).

13-min walk to Oval (Northern Line).

14-min walk to Stockwell (Victoria & Northern Lines).

16-min walk to Brixton (Victoria Line & Overground).

Who we are looking for: To maintain the comfort and safety of my current housemate, we have a strong preference for a female subtenant. However, we wouldn't automatically disqualify a male subtenant. We’re looking for someone clean, respectful, and reliable for the 3-month term.
