Hi! I’m a 37‑year‑old professional looking for a new flatmate, as my current one is moving back home. The flat is a bright, cosy two‑bed with a balcony and a shared bathroom.

Availability: 5‑month let to start, with the option to extend on a rolling basis.

I work from home 1–2 days a week (desk is in my bedroom), so someone who works hybrid or mainly from the office would be ideal.
