This en-suite bedroom available from mid March is situated in a two bedroom flat to be shared with one other person, male late 20’s.

I am planning on leaving the country and touch base to see how the room is received.

You will take over my tenancy with forms part of a two people contract, all contractual details is dealt with by the estate agent.

Security deposit is £1400 which is paid to me directly, and mine stays in the contract and with the agent.

If you were to move out at some point you will do the same.

The flat is modern and clean, Brixton Village is next door, several markets, gyms, cafe, bars, everything within walking distance of a few minutes.

Kitchen is great for preparing meals, there is a lounge/living room and the other person is very respectful.
