Double room in bright flat in the heart of brixton

Hi there!

I'm a live in landlord looking to rent out a room in my lovely bright and colourful flat right in the middle of Brixton. Bills included.

It's on the top floor of a apartment block with massive windows so gets loads of natural light (plus they've got really solid glazing so it's amazingly quiet). You would have the double bedroom and sole use of a bathroom (I have my own)

We'll share the living room and kitchen and everything in it (I'm looking after my friend's piano at the moment so if you happen to be a concert pianist and want to practice then that is very much encouraged!) And when the weather's nice you can open up the double doors and sit out on the balcony.

In terms of location the flat is about 5 minute walk form Brixton tube so really easy to get anywhere, and right on the doorstep of Brixton market and all the beautiful madness that has to offer. Also a short walk to Brockwell park and the lido when you want a bit of zen. It's a really fantastic place to live.

I'm friendly and up for a chat but also good at reading social cues and happy to give space when needed. I'd be looking someone who is similar.
