Urgent - Room in 3 bed Brixton Flatshare

URGENT – Looking for a 3rd Flatmate

Hi all!

Linda and I are looking for a third person to join our 3‑bed flat in Brixton. We recently had 2 drops out in a row so we would want only people who are serious and can follow through the process.

Lease starts: ASAP (would need to move in the next two weeks, the sooner the better and be able to go through referencing, UK guarantor needed)

The flat is split over two floors and is currently being fully renovated. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a big living room, a spacious kitchen, and a huge private south‑facing garden that gets loads of light.

3 Rooms, we could decide who takes which one according to our preferences and budget. Deposit is 1 month of rent + 10%, and bills are around 100-120£.

Room 1: small, 810£, furnished with double bed, clothes hanger and a built in wardrobe outside of the room

Room 2: big double, 880£, furnished with double bed and built in wardrobe

Room 3: big double, a tiny bit bigger than the other one, 895£, furnished with double bed and built in wardrobe

The pictures were taken when there were still some works in progress, but the flat now looks absolutely incredible and it has been all renovated.
