Double room in Brixton

Hello, my lovely friend is moving back home ideally i’d move out too but I love the flat too much. We are 5 minutes away from Brixton Station and 10 minutes from Loughborough Junction. I’m looking for a very clean and organised replacement. Would require a meeting beforehand and happy to do viewings.

Admittedly, I am more on the reclusive side (between work and maintaining friendships I do need a bit of downtime) but I’m always happy to have a chat, the occasional dinner, or movie night or even do something active together.

The flat is a 2 bed 2 bath, I have the ensuite and don’t use the other bathroom. The rent is ball park as the bills do differ but happy to discuss more.
