Hello! We’re looking for a friendly new flatmate to take a bright and spacious double room in a well-kept 2-bed flat in Brixton.

You’ll be sharing with one female flatmate (27). The current flatmate is moving back home, so move-in dates can be flexible.

Location:
• 5-min walk to Brixton Station (Victoria Line and National Rail)
• 10-min walk to Loughborough Junction Station (Thameslink)
• Close to lots of great cafes, shops, restaurants and Brockwell Park (10 mins)

Rent & Costs:
• Rent: £858 per month
• Deposit: £990
• Bills: approx. £180/month (includes utilities, council tax & WiFi)

The Room & Flat:
• Bright, spacious double room (includes bedside table not pictured too)
• Please note: desk and chair are not included
• The flat has two bathrooms – the main bathroom (pictured) will mostly be yours as the other bedroom has an en-suite
• The building also has a private courtyard, perfect for enjoying some sun in the summer.
• There is a private bike shed available within the building.

A bit about me:
I’m a 27-year-old consultant who goes into the office at least once a week. Recently back into the gym and loving a range of classes to mix things up. I also enjoy the occasional dinner or movie night and would love a friendly and relaxed home vibe.
