Price:
The official price is £283.5/week (all bills included), but I’m offering it at a discounted price of £245/week.

Official contract transfer — you will sign directly with the accommodation provider. Rent will be paid directly to the accommodation afterwards.

I will cover the contract transfer fee and cleaning fee. I will personally transfer the difference back to you once you’ve moved in and the accommodation office begins processing my refund.
