Our housemate is sadly moving away so we have a huge double room coming up in our 4 bed brixton house. it comes furnished with the bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside tables, desk if you want it, along with a suntrap of a garden which is ideal for summer. shared living room, large garden with furniture, bathroom downstairs and toilet/sink upstairs.

move in date is 31 May

COSTS
£830 pcm, not including bills.
Bills c 120 a month (drops in summer) - this covers all utilities, WiFi and a biweekly cleaner who is the love of our lives

LOCATION

we’re in a quiet residential road just off of brixton high street so best of both worlds. 5 minutes to brixton station (viccy line), 15 minutes to clapham north (northern line), plus loads of buses going all over. we’re a 10-15 minute walk from big tesco and lidl on acre lane with small sainos and co-op with 5-10 minutes walk away, as well as ❤️ BIG M&S ❤️ round the corner. plenty of gyms within a 5-10 minute walk. 15-20 minute walk to brockwell park and Clapham Common.
