We’re a couple living in a 2 bed / 1 bath flat in Brixton, looking for someone easygoing to take the second room.

📍 Location:
7 min walk to Brixton station, with loads of great pubs, cafes, shops, and parks nearby.

💸 Rent:
£825/month – all bills included.

About us:
We both work in hospitality, so our schedules can be a bit all over the place and we often get home late. One of us is also a musician, so there’s occasionally music practice at home too. Because of that, the flat would suit someone independent, relaxed, and comfortable with a non-9-to-5 household rhythm.

We keep things clean, chill, and easy.

Looking for:
Someone considerate, tidy, and communicative who’s happy living with people working late-night hospitality hours.
