Looking for 1 easygoing, tidy housemate to fill a bright room with lots of natural light in a centrally located first floor flat in Brixton with shared living spaces, including a huge living room with large windows that allow plenty of natural light, shared hallway, well-lit and airy dining room, shared kitchen and a lovely Juliet balcony overlooking the backyard garden.

The room comes with a bed and 2 storage cupboards, with additional storage space in the drawers underneath the beds.
The house is an 8-10 min walk from the bustling Brixton centre and station, a mere 4 min walk from the nearest bus stop.

Council tax, wi-fi, water, gas, electricity are additional, but relatively inexpensive

I’m a neat, sociable hospitality professional working in pastry and front of house; non-smoker
And I have the lovely, sociable and vivacious Carolina moving in; she works with a social enterprise. We already get along like we’ve known each other for a while.
I’ve lived in this house for 2 years now.
We were a lovely group of 3 girls that hung out together for coffee/pastry runs and the occasional Netflix-binge, dinner or drink together, whilst being non-intrusive and respectful of each other’s spaces.
Super excited to find a third like-minded person to live out this next chapter in the house with! :))
