I am sadly leaving my flat in SW9 to move in with my partner 🥲

The flat is clean, spacious and bright, split across two floors with the bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. The living room and balcony are south facing so the flat fills with sun ☀️

We will be holding viewings on Thursday evening (11th) but have potential availability on Sunday (14th) if we have a lot of interest.

About the flatmates💃

Petra (23) works in politics and loves a margarita, exploring London, period dramas and cooking with friends. She works in office 4 days a week.

Millie (27) works as a medical writer and enjoys music, yoga & Pilates, and reading. She is always down for a walk, pub trip or going to a gig. She mostly works from home.

Location 📍

We’re a 10 min walk into Brixton and 15 from Clapham so there’s loads of restaurants, cafés, pubs and bars nearby. Our local is the Crown and Anchor just 2 minutes away! 🍻

The flat is located next to the lovely Slade Gardens park and it’s just a 10 min walk to Stockwell tube station with both the Northern and Victoria lines so it’s amazingly well connected. There’s also a bus stop just outside.

Rent is £938.83 per month and bills are around £100-£130 incl Lambeth council tax. I’m moving Saturday 4th July so it would be Sunday 5th July move in date.

We have looked after our home and have created a welcoming and cosy space to relax in after a long day at work. Most importantly we are looking for someone who is not only a flatmate but a friend too!

The room is unfurnished but selling the bed and mattress for £80. There’s also a small chest of drawers included if wanted. (I can give more details if needed)
