I’m looking for someone to join me at a beautiful two-bed flat in Brixton, and take over the tenancy from my housemate who is leaving on the 31st July. We began our tenancy together on 31st July 2025 and have been very happy there for the past year, but sadly she is now relocating for work.
The flat is very spacious and modern, with beautiful morning light in both bedrooms and the open plan kitchen/living room. The available room has an en-suite and will come part-furnished, with the bed and wardrobe included. The location is excellent; we’re directly on Coldharbour Lane, next-door to the Laundry pub and Brixton Market. We’re just a five minute walk from Brixton Underground, two minute walk from Brixton overground, and ten minutes from Loughborough Junction. We have two additional storage spaces in the flat; one of which usefully doubles as an airing cupboard and is great for drying clothes in the colder months. There’s underfloor heating in the winter, and the windows are doubled glazed which is great for the weekends when Coldharbour can be a touch noisy.
Our letting agency is Kinleigh Folkard & Hayward, who have been accommodating and efficient when we’ve needed them to be. I’ll need to confirm the new tenant with KFH by the last week of June, so am looking to hold viewings next weekend across the 13th/14th.
