Single room in Brixton

About the room:
Single room up for rent in Brixton long term. Perfectly located between Stockwell and Brixton station with a 6min walk to each of them and parents of busses.
The room is furnished, with single bed, bedside table, drawers, desc, desk chair, mirror and clothing rack. (however you are allowed to bring/switch them out with new ones if you would like to.) You would share the common spaces with the other attendant. (Livingroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony)

Your flatmate:
The new attendant would share the flat with one professional women in her 30s who works from home. She likes to socialise and hang out but also have her own space sometimes. We have had game-nights, bbq, weekly walks and dinners together and she would like to find someone who is interested in keeping these friendly vibes.
She is a smoker so the new attendant must be fine with that.

Bills:
The deposit of 450 will be paid before moving in and then will the rest of the rent be paid when moving in.
