4 month Sublet from Sept - Dec in spacious room

Lovely room available in modern Brixton flat, from 1st Sept to 1st Jan. The room itself contains a large built in wardrobe, under bed drawers, and has space for a small desk (I am happy to leave the desk which is already there, as it is the perfect size). The flat is very spacious and bright with an open plan kitchen and living room, and south facing balcony which gets sun for most of the day. The shared bathroom is also well equipped and great for 2 people.

The flat is located less than 10 minutes walk from Brixton tube station (Victoria line) and Loughborough junction (Thameslink). The flat is also very close to Brixton market, Ruskin & Brockwell parks.

My name is Conor, I’m 27 and originally from Scotland. Having lived in the flat for over a year, I am going travelling for 4 months. To replace me I’m looking for a likeminded young professional who enjoys music, fitness and socialising at weekends. My flatmate James will be staying in the property, he is 26, also a young professional with similar interests.

The furniture is slightly different to the pictures but I am happy to share updated views for anyone interested.
