We have an amazing room available for the 7th of July untill the 31 of July (around two weeks)
10 minutes to the Brixton market and 12 to Brixton Station.
We are a group of people that have been living together for quite a while but, as London goes. Soon or later someone leaves.
We are three people (you would be the fourth) Me, Sebastian, Argentinian, my partner Perdita (
English) and Geraldine from France. And Oscar the cat, who is basically the landlord.
We are looking for an easy going flatmate to occupy the available room (you can see the pictures) Is a nice room that will have a single bed, closet, and chest drawer. We are doing some changes so soon everything will be fit.
The house has living room with a back garden and a nice and spacious kitchen with all the facilities need it. Washing machine, two fridges, microwave, etc. Also, we have internet EE so is a good internet. No Tv, sorry
Also, we have one nice bathroom and a little toilet downstairs. Is a house not a flat with a little nice garden in the front.
Room per month will be 150 £ all bills included a week. 50 deposit.
