Couples ensuite room in Brixton townhouse - move in date from 24th July 2026.

My partner and I are leaving the UK and are looking for a couple or single to take over our tenancy in our amazing Brixton house!

The room:
Fully-furnished large double ensuite room with a king-sized bed, lots of storage including all dressers and a work from home setup; large desk, small monitor and desk chair all included with the room. The ensuite has a toilet, sink and shower. Perfect for a couple or single.

The location:
Right between Brixton and Clapham; 5 mins to Brixton tube station, 10 mins to Stockwell and 10mins to Clapham North or the High street. Lots of amazing cafes, pubs, parks, gyms and the Brixton market nearby.

The flatmates:
We are a social house of young professionals from around the world. You would be living with 2 guys from the UK and 2 girls from Canada and the US.
There are 5 rooms total = 3 toilets (incl. the ensuite), a large kitchen, seperate lounge area and a big outdoor area + balcony.

Everyone in the house is a good mix of social and chill as well. We all enjoy a good pub trip, drinks at the flat, movie night in and general good social fun. Of course we also enjoy our downtime too and keep the house nice and tidy with the help of a cleaner every fortnight. Our hobbies include - running, gym, sports, music, cooking, baking and travel.

We're looking for:
A couple (or single) who are similar - sociable, tidy, independent and easy to live with.

Important info:
- Rent: £1540/month
- Bills: ~£125/month each including council tax, and cleaner etc.
- Deposit: £1332/each (is split evenly between flatmates originally rather than by room in total)
- Tenancy term: rolling lease no end date.
- Parking if you would like with on-street permit available

*letting agency will complete a reference and affordability check. If only one person of the couple has a job they will need to pass the affordability check individually on your behalf.
