Brixton Double Room Available September (6 Months)

Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to move into the second bedroom of a two-bedroom flat from September.

I’ve lived here with one of my friends since October, but he’s heading to Canada for six months, so I’m looking for someone who’d like to take his room whilst he’s away, so that I can still keep the flat. I’m hoping to find someone who’s looking for a relaxed, friendly place and relaxed flatmate to live with.

The flat has two bedrooms, a shared living space, balcony, kitchen, modern bathroom, a bike shed and is in a great location. The flats only a 5 minute walk from Brixton tube station and is near a lot of great restaurants, shops, bars and parks.

The building is also very safe, with a double door system all protected by fobs.

The room available for rent has a great bed, cupboard space and also has a ceiling fan - a life-saver for these hot months!

The rent includes broadband bills too, as the landlord deals with that. The landlord is very reliable and always easy to reach and happy to help with questions too.

A bit about me: I’m easy-going, tidy and sociable. I enjoy hanging out over a drink or watching a film, but I also respect personal space and appreciate a good balance between socialising and doing our own thing. I work from home full-time so will always be here if we need someone to sign for a package or allow any maintenance people in. I’m a creative professional in the Film & TV industry and love videogames, relaxing in the pub or cooking.

I’m looking for someone who’s clean, considerate and easy to get along with. If you’re after a comfortable, friendly home and think we’d be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
