Double Room in Brixton Flat

We're looking for a new flatmate to join our flat in Brixton.

Rent for the room is £870 per month, excluding bills. Bills approx £145 per month (Council tax, water, gas/electricity and internet).
You'll be living with two friendly female housemates (aged 30-
32) - one Kiwi and one Aussie. We both work from home 2-3 days a week and are looking for a female flatmate who's similar aged, tidy, considerate, and up for the occasional flat dinner, or trip to the park for picky bits.
The flat is in a great location, just a 5-minute walk to Brixton Tube, with loads of great cafés, pubs, restaurants, and Brockwell Park nearby.
Some info on the flat and room:
• Double room (furnished with bed, drawers and bedside table) and large wardrobe with storage cupboards above it.
• Space in the lounge if you need a desk for working from home.
• Shared bathroom with one other female.
• Lockable bike shed available for use.
• You will need to be employed and earning £28,000 (at a minimum) to comply with Landlord's requirements.
