Spacious Double in 2 Bedroom Flat in Brixton

Hi there, I'm Sarah! I'm looking for someone to take over my housemate's room in our lovely flat from September 1st.

You’ll be sharing with me and my dog Rocco. He’s a French Bulldog and is 5 years old. He’s a typical Frenchie, loves a walk and to explore and is very social with new people.

I'm 37 and work in packaging, I’m in the office 3 days a week and work from home for 2. I’ve been in London for 13 years so I’m usually pretty busy in the week. It would be great to find a housemate who likes a good balance of socialising and relaxing.

The room is a double bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat located on a quiet road a few minutes walk from Brixton station. Amazing location! The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room, and a garden. The garden is a really lovely space, it’s a good size, surrounded by plants and is backed by a small unused field so it feels very green and open. The room is unfurnished and can comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The rent for the room is £1150 per month + bills (roughly £200 per month).
