Double in 2 Bed Garden Flat with French Bulldog

Hello! My housemate is leaving for pastures new with her partner so I have a room available from September 1st.

A little about me, I’ve lived in the flat for a year and in London for 13 years. In the week, I enjoy going out for dinner with friends, checking out new events or to a yoga class (I love it, it does not love me). I’m also always open to a glass of wine and shared Netflix binge! I work in packaging, and am in the office 3 days a week.

You’ll be sharing with me and my dog Rocco. He’s a French Bulldog and is 5 years old. He’s a typical Frenchie, he loves nothing more than a snuggle on the sofa in an evening. He’s pretty easy going - if he’s not out for a walk he’s usually snoozing. I’m biased, but he’s a very loveable dog!

The room is a double bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat located on a quiet road a few minutes walk from Brixton station. The flat has a large open plan kitchen and living room, and a garden. The garden is a really lovely space, it’s a good size, surrounded by plants and is backed by a small unused field so it feels very green and open. The room is unfurnished and can comfortably fit a double bed, wardrobe, and desk.

The rent for the room is £1150 per month + bills (roughly £200 per month).
