Furnished double in sunny house 7 mins from tube

I'm looking to rent out a fully furnished double bedroom in my 3 bedroom house 7 mins from Brixton tube, 10 mins from Clapham North, initially on an up to 6 month basis only. It’s a Victorian terraced house at the end of a dead end road, so it’s quiet despite being so close to the high street.
The house has a large double living/dining room, a third bedroom which is set up as an office, new bespoke kitchen and a bathroom both with underfloor heating, and a lovely sunny garden (most of these photos were taken in January but it really is sunny). I work mainly from home, the house has fibre broadband, Sky tv and various streaming apps. The room comes with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers. It isn’t big enough to work in but there’s enough room elsewhere in the house for WFH needs.
You’d be living with me (female, 50) and Bert (tuxedo cat, 1.5 years est.) The price includes all bills and a cleaner who comes every 2 weeks.
I’ll require proof of employment, proof of income (last 3 payslips/bank statements), previous landlords’ reference and a copy of your passport. Deposit is a month’s rent, and first month’s rent will be required upfront. The room is available from early September.
