Spacious double room in great location

The flat is less than 5 mins from Brixton, so really handy for the tube, shops, bars, restaurants etc.

The room is light, furnished and a decent size, and we also have a large shared terrace which is great for having a drink, chilling outside or having people over when the weather’s good.

It’s a 2-person flat, and I’m the other flatmate — I’m friendly and sociable, so would be nice to find someone who’s happy to have a chat and occasionally do something together, but also respects each other’s space. There are also friendly people in the building, so it’s a nice social but relaxed place to live.
