Double Bedroom in Friendly Brixton Flat

Hi! I am sadly moving out of my lovely flat as I am off to buy my own place, and need someone to fill my room.

My room is a very spacious, light and on the ground floor. It comes with a double bed and mattress, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe, a bed side table and a desk and office chair.

The bathroom is shared between yourself and our other female flatmate, Ellie.

There is a shared kitchen/living room and an outdoors terrace area that only our flat has access to.

As a flat, we are quite social. We like to have friends round, host lots of BBQs and dinners, go on regular pub trips and pub quizzes together, as well as going on some nights out. There is also no pressure to join these things, and enjoy quiet nights watching TV and films, or going to the Ritzy.

The flatmates consist of
Eleanor (F25), Vitor (M25) and Huw (M26). We all are from Spare Room and professionals.

I am looking to move out between mid September-start of October. Am flexible however.
