Lovely cosy room

Hey! My housemate and I are looking for someone lovely to take over my room for two months while I’m away.

It’s a lovely, modern and cosy flat with a balcony, situated on a beautiful private, tree-lined street, with shops nearby and Brixton Tube around a 10-minute walk away.

The room is cosy and comfortable, and you’ll have use of a shared kitchen and bathroom, as well as all the amenities you could need; fridge freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, full-fibre broadband and a cosy living room with satellite TV.

You’ll be sharing with one of my best friends, who is kind, funny and very sociable. She’s always up for a chat, a drink or a chill evening, but equally respects having your own space.

We’re looking for someone considerate, clean in the communal spaces and generally just keen to have a nice, relaxed place to call home for a couple of months.
