Double Room in Brixton – 2 Bed, 2 Bath

I’m looking for someone to take the second bedroom in a modern, furnished two-bedroom flat on Stockwell Park Walk, between Brixton and Stockwell.

The flat is really bright and spacious, with a large open-plan kitchen/living area and a balcony overlooking the communal gardens. There are two bathrooms and plenty of built-in storage. It’s also within easy walking distance of both Brixton and Stockwell stations, so getting around London is very easy.

You’d be sharing the flat with me. I’m 24 and studying photojournalism. I’m pretty easygoing and would like to find someone around a similar age who’s friendly, considerate and easy to live with. I’m happy for the flat to feel social and for us to hang out sometimes, but also like having our own space and doing our own thing.

Ideally looking for someone who wants the flat to feel like a home rather than just somewhere to sleep.
