Brixton Sublet available - 600 Bills included

My room is available for sublet.

Great location, 10 mins walk to Brixton market and 12 to Brixton Station, with plenty of shops around. Easy to cycle from to central, etc.

You will be sharing with Sebastian 🇦🇷, his partner Perdita 🇬🇧,Geraldine 🇫🇷 & Oscar the cat, who is basically the landlord.

The room is on the the first floor as all rooms are, with a single bed, a chest of drawers and a new wardrobe.

Shared spaces include on the ground floor include a living room with a back garden, a nice and spacious kitchen with all the facilities. Washing machine, two fridges, microwave, etc. Fast internet. No TV, sorry.

We have a nice bathroom on the first floor, and a little toilet downstairs.

Ideally looking for someone to take the full period.(Available immediately, til mid-end October), but open for less at 150 a week, again all inclusive.
