Hello! My friend is sadly moving out of our two bed in Brixton/Herne Hill.

Your room is has a double bed, huge patio doors which let in lots of light and gets the afternoon sun, built in wardrobe, a large and smaller chest of drawers and beside table.

The flat has a bright kitchen/living area, bathroom and separate second toilet and small garden. We’re about 8 min to Brixton station, 6 min to Brockwell Park and 15 min to Herne Hill. The flat is within a gated complex and has bike storage.

You’ll be living me, Eliza (hello 🙋🏼‍♀️). I’m 28 and work for a children’s charity. Ideally looking for someone of a similar age who is friendly, sociable and tidy. I’ve been very lucky in the past and become good friends with flatmates so hoping we can watch TV, make dinner or go for an after work walk or drink.
