The house is situated on a really lovely and quiet cul-de-sac in Brixton Hill, a short walk to Brockwell Park, local supermarkets or the Elm Park Tavern.
The room can be configured as a small double or a single. Lots of shared space + storage across a living room and dining room, with freedom to WFH in either.
Easy transport links from main bus routes a few minutes away or the Victoria Line at Brixton tube. On-street parking also plentiful with residents permits available.
Bills average ~130pp pcm (inc. council tax, internet, energy etc).
