Mine is a double room with lots of storage fully furnished with bed and mattress, 2 wardrobes, set of draws and chair - I’ll be selling the desk for £30. Room has lots of sunlight and facing the quiet outback.

8 minute walk to Brixton station (victoria line zone 2), 10-15 minute walk to Clapham North and Stockwell (northern line zone 2) which gives you plenty of options for commute.

Your share of rent would be £1103 + £130 bills including council tax, gas, electricity, water and a fortnight cleaner! Room is available to move in very soon so please only enquire if you can move in by the end of the month.
