I'm looking for someone to take over my large, bright double room in Brixton, available from 28th October (a week earlier may be possible to discuss).

The room is a really good size and gets lots of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed and wardrobe, so there’s plenty of space to make it your own.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a kitchen with a small living area. It’s a fairly quiet and relaxed home, with the two current housemates both being over 30 and working professionals. They're independent and generally do their own thing, but are friendly and will have a chat in the kitchen or occasionally hang out!

The details:

- £834 per month
- Bills roughly £130 per month
- Large furnished double bedroom (bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers)
- 1 bathroom w/ shower
- No maximum tenancy
- Deposit TBC (need to check with landlord but usually 1 month rent)
- Ideally looking for a working professional (woman aged 28-38) who is friendly, respectful, and clean but does their own thing

Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: Brixton Station is just a short walk away, with excellent transport links across London. There’s a Lidl and Tesco nearby, as well as loads of bars, pubs, restaurants and cafés around Brixton. Anytime Fitness is also a minute walk from the flat! Brockwell Park is also close by, and Clapham Common is within easy reach.

It’s a great option if you’re looking for a big room in a well-connected part of London without paying a fortune, while still having a relaxed and respectful environment.
