Very large room available in Brixton

Unfortunately, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am going travelling. I am very sad to be leaving both my home and my amazing housemates!

I currently live with my two amazing friends, Katie Corr and Becky Newberry, who have both recently turned 29. They’re looking for a female aged 26–31 to join them. The move-in date is 1st December.

The flat has 3 bedrooms, as well as a separate sitting room and kitchen. It’s spread across the top 2.5 floors of a house, so it’s really spacious. The bedroom itself is very large, with three sash windows that let in loads of natural light. The matching bedside table and chest of drawers will also come with the room.

When we originally viewed the flat, we all instantly fell in love with its cosy, homely feel. Our landlord is a woman, and the flat has lots of lovely, thoughtful finishing touches that give it a really warm and homely feel.

It’s on a quiet residential road and just a 5-minute walk from Brockwell Park. There are lots of supermarkets, cafés and other amenities nearby, and it’s around a 15–20-minute walk to both Brixton and Herne Hill stations. The postcode is SW2 2BT

Katie and Becky are genuinely the best people to live with. They’re both clean, friendly and easy-going. We love doing movie nights, having dinners together and getting involved in the occasional arts and crafts evening. Equally, we’re all quite busy, so we completely understand the importance of having some downtime and space to yourself.

They’re looking for someone who will fit in with the lovely home we’ve made together and hopefully become part of it!

Rent would be £1233.33 / month and bills come to ~£120.
