Double Room Available in 2 Bed Flat in Brixton

Looking for someone to take over the lease on the second room in 2 bed flat!

My flatmate is sadly moving back home so we need someone to take over her lease.

ABOUT THE SPACE:
The flat is a two bed on the top floor above shops and is split level with the kitchen and bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms and living room upstairs. There are 3 other flats in the building, the neighbours are all a little older but super nice and friendly.

BEDROOM:
The room is a double room that comes furnished. There is a bed, wardrobe, desk and chair, a chest of drawers, bedside table, and wall shelving.

KITCHEN:
Fully sized fridge and freezer, gas hob, washer/dryer. I like to bake in my spare time so I have a stand mixer. There's no microwave but definitely space for one of that's a problem for you! I am vegetarian but I'm not picky about you cooking meat in the kitchen.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has two couches and some shelving which I've been using as book storage. I have a record player and speakers set up in there so if you like vinyls that's a plus! There is a small tv with a dvd player.

BATHROOM:
One bathroom with a toilet, sink & huge shower.

LOCATION:
The flat is between Brixton and Clapham, with Brixton High Street just down the road. Closest tube stations are Brixton (Victoria Line), a 10 minute walk away, and Clapham North (Northern Line) a 13 minute walk in the other direction. There is also plenty of bus links making travel across South London super easy.

The area is super vibrant and lively, with a pub across the road and plenty of cafes and restaurants. There's a Lidl just across the road and a Tesco Superstore a little further down.

BILLS:
Bills come to around £75 each plus council tax (Band C). The gas is pay-as-you-go and there's a Londis about 10 minutes away where we can top up the card. There is full fibre wifi.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Bea, I'm 23 and I'm from Liverpool. I just graduated from UAL. I work as a waitress in North London so I work late some nights. I have a close group of friends who I like to host at least once a week, they are super friendly and chill!

I love watching films, going to the pub, and listening to music. I'm looking for someone who wants to hang out and chill sometimes but also respects the need for our own space! Communication is super important.
