The available room has double bed, plenty of storage and desk for working from home. Shower in en-suite and also a bath in the downstairs bathroom.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very much a home rather than a flat share and we are looking for someone who fits in well. Everyone has their own space but we also chill together over a glass of wine in the evenings. Females only please -sorry!
It’s a lovely, friendly street with great neighbours and walking distance to Brixton, Brockwell Park, Clapham, Balham and Streatham. Perfect if you need a good base to settle in if you’re new to London or are in between rentals.
Bills are included in the £1,200 rent. Available from end of October for two months and flexibility is possible on dates. Please get in touch to discuss and arrange viewings. 🤩
