I’m looking for someone to stay in my cosy and fully furnished one-bedroom maisonette in a small, safe development between Brixton & Herne Hill.

The flat has a open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, a large double bedroom, and a bathroom with a bath and shower. It’s spread over two floors and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you’re working remotely, visiting London or looking for a temporary home over the festive period.

The location is a highlight: Brockwell Park is around the corner, and being in between Brixton and herne hill gives you excellent transportation links and plenty of great bars and restaurants.

* Brixton Tube: around 10 minutes on foot, with the Victoria line into central London
* Herne Hill station: around 10 minutes on foot, with direct trains into central London
* Brockwell Park: close by for walks or runs
* Fully furnished: equipped kitchen, bathroom and comfortable living area
* Wi-Fi and bills included

Availability: 19 December 2026 – 19 January 2027. The dates are flexible, and I’m happy to consider slightly shorter stays.

Ideal for a single professional or someone looking for a comfortable, London base over Christmas and New Year.
