We have 2 rooms available as me and flatmate are sadly moving out of my lovely rooms in Brixton. I am moving in with a friend and he is moving back to Aus so we would be staying if not for legit reasons.

We have 2 rooms available:

Room 1 -

💡 Bills: All bills Included (including a cleaner that comes 2 x per month)

Room 2 -
💷 Rent: £1100 per month
📅 Available from: Nov 18th
💡 Bills: All bills Included (including a cleaner that comes 2 x per month)

The house is huge with a big lounge room, kitchen, 3 bathrooms and a garden area. The current housemates are all working professionals with different work schedules. The house has seen an iteration of people from differing friend groups come and go but we do like to hang outs sometimes, watch films and chat in the kitchen when we can between our busy schedules.

Roommates:
Tim (35) is a French game designer.
Alex (31) is a hospitality drink guy who will give you some nice drinks when he can.
Charlotte (27) is a Doctor from up north.

2 minutes walk to Brockwell Park (the best part of the house)

Looking for someone who can stay for a while and will find a home in this house. Loves to chat and play frisbee on the weekends but also has their own life. Is clean, tidy and respectful.
